Each item is made by hand and we take great care to inspect every creation to make sure it is in perfect condition.
Standard Inventory items may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full refund.
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Call Customer Service to obtain an RMA Number.
Custom made items are not returnable.
If any item gets lost or damaged during transit the insurance of the carrier will process any claims.
